This game is getting a lot of negative reviews because it is not in a great state. The devs have been transparent with the state of the game, and it is above my own expectations. I am a massive ITR1 fan. The ITR2 has less content, less depth, fewer locations, less story, less everything, but godd*mn it is still somehow better in every way. There is very little extraneous content, pretty much everything is in the game for a reason and has a non-redundant purpose. The maps are incredible. The AI, although a little derpy at moments, makes things pretty damn interesting.
